japan 30th nov 07

we, the sadowara group, went to meet the GOVERNOR! :D
apparently it will be in the news and newspapers tomorrow O.o confirm got nicole’s face one! because she sat near him. and she presented the governor with..... a potted plant. o.o
LUNCH WAS CRAZY!! the scenery was cool :D

we were supposed to barbecue our own chicken meat over a fire thingy (3-4 people to one fire thingy).
the fire was supposed to be THIS small.
but the chicken had SO MUCH FATS, so the occasional fire breakout was quite amusing. :D
-guys from AES.
and there was ash all over my food. BUT IT STILL TASTED GREAT!
and THERE’S A BRAND OF DRINK CALLED JT!

i wanted to buy the cocoa drink but accidentally bought some curry thing instead. THANK YOU MR CHEW FOR FINISHING IT FOR ME!
and we went to this farm! and there were gigantic cobwebs EVERYWHERE. the spiders themselves were quite huge themselves but i mean the webs were CRAZY okay! and they were really well-woven leh. it’s amazing how they spin these webs. too bad they couldn’t be seen through my camera lens :( these webs are nothing like those puny ones in singapore okay!
bus ride was fun, but we made a hell lot of noise. SORRY EVERYONE ELSE IN THE BUS WHO WAS TRYING TO SLEEP!! SUMIMASENNNNN!
played “请你跟我这样做” and Chuckie with nicole, shermin, yanting, xinyi and amanda. sharon didn’t want to play :(
and we told a lot of really stupid lame jokes. amanda’s fan one was FUNNY! everyone go ask me to tell you guys the joke! it’s damn cute okay. but it’s acted out one.
then we met our host families again :) sharon’s host mother had to meet a friend so she came along with me for dinner at JUSCO!
shopped around. THEIR CLOTHES ARE SO FREAKING NICE! NOT FAIR. and the necklaces were really nice too but a bit expensive. and i don’t think i’d wear them either.
AND THEN we came across this super nice shop with a lot of cool but ex TREBLE CLEF NECKLACES x3333!!!
and i found the treble clef ring shermin’s host bought her,
but it’s a bit mean to “copy” her so i bought two pairs of treble clef earrings for jt and me instead :)
yah, and we still haven’t pierced our ears yet.
i like my host father! he’s very nice. :D and he’s been to singapore too! and he knows one of the crescent principles o.o AND HE HAS THE 1994 CRESCENT COURIER! he had quite a number of crescent couriers actually. i guess this one i’m giving him will add to his collection lah :D
AND ONE OF THE GIFTS I GAVE HIM BROKE!!!!! SO PAISEH CAN.
but he seemed quite happy with the rest of the gifts, thankfully :D

japan 29th 07

we, the students visiting sadowara, didn’t have any school visit :( but we stopped by at another school, some long weird name. haha. the people there are SO CUTE!
these three girls were pointing at us from afar, and they shouted “konichiwa!” and we said “konichiwa!” back, and the started screaming and squealing “ahhh, KAWAIIII!!!!” XD
and the students were waving at us in the bus from their classrooms. super enthu! :D
and they have slippers outside their school toilets because they take off their shoes before entering the classrooms. so cool leh! :D

lunch was udon! the noodle is super different from singapore’s. saltier :D and softer! so much nicer lah. and they have vending machines selling stuff like cigarettes and condoms and PORN MAGAZINES?!?!

visited a shrine. the walk to the shrine had a beautiful scenery, but there wasn’t much to see at the shrine itself XP

the bus took us (the sadowara people) to some place where the host families picked us up, but this guy fetched sharon, mr chew and i to a restaurant, where sharon’s and my host families were.
I’M IN LOVE WITH THE SASHIMI HERE! the first and only time i tried it in singapore (during jjfc gathering), i nearly threw up so joanne and i gave our shares to JT (who couldn’t finish it either). but when i tried it today, IT WAS FREAKING NICE OKAY! it’s totally unlike singapore’s!! >.<>

apparently the president of sajafa kena knocked out after downing a glass of german beer. and mr chew said something about planning to drink a lot of sake tonight so he could get an MC tomorrow. -.-
so paiseh, because yuko and her mum speak very little english, they spent most of the time looking through their japanese-english dictionaries so they could ask me stuff like how old my mum was and what my parents worked as. SO PAISEH!! >.<>

japan 27th & 28th nov 07

yesterday i met jt at jurong east, i went last-minute shopping for japan trip,

and we took neoprints!!!
then went to jurong point, and then she came over to my house.
lala, ahemahem..
then she followed me to changi airport to send me off!
we humiliated ourselves in front of the principal of SAJAFA. whoops. and zi-paied A LOT...

and lalala, ahemahemahemahem...
really started missing her as soon as she walked away from me..


sunrise was beautiful! through the aeroplane windows we could see a whole sea of clouds and a bit of orange and yellow near the horizon. :D

japan is so CUTE! everything’s so cute, from the font they use on the immigration cards and road signs to the kind of logos they have.

some of their pedestrian crossing traffic lights are like, white and rectangular with slightly rounded edges. SUPER CUTE CAN!

and xinyi said she saw a smiley face on top of a road sign!!!!!
and STUPID BLAZER.

and the stupid hotel dosen’t have a lift so we all had to carry our super heavy luggage bags up a flight of stairs to the second floor >.< geraldine started singing “starry starry night” in the hotel room. and guin played “xiao wei” on geraldine’s phone, and the both of them started singing like crazy. XD

OMG! JJ WAS SUPER CUTE CAN!

he sang liu xing zhu jiao 1st song.

then towards the end of the show, he did a beatboxing thing, then he ZI TAN ZI CHANG-ED Chi Bang & Xi Jie & Jiang Nan & BU LIU LEI DE JI CHANG!!!!!! then he went backstage but the cameramen were following him haha, then he sang Mu Nai Yi! i think the dance for mu nai yi looks weird. cos last time he still couldn't dance very well so the dance movements are not like KO or Killa.. haha!

and i forgot to record the performances! and at 1.45AM today i switched on the tv (i stayed up late to pack for the jap trip) AND I SAW JJ'S FACE! WALAO I KENA SHOCKED CAN?! he was about to sing and play the piano. SO I RECORDED HIS PIANO PERFORMANCES AND THE BACKSTAGE THING AND MU NAI YI :D actually the one i really care about is the piano performance lah. because IT WAS SO SO SO SUPER NICE!

I LOVE IT WHEN JJ SINGS AND PLAYS THE PIANO! so mesmerising. :D his voice is really mesmerising! when you close your eyes and listen to him sing and play the piano, it's heavenly okay. when he sang bu liu lei de ji chang i nearly cried okay! but for jiang nan i think he should've sang it lower or something because he couldn't reach the highest note (xiang xin ai YI TIAN) without falsetto but he could reach all the others then it sounded a bit weird. but he sang it in a higher key because he wanted all 4 songs to be in the same key i think.

BUT OHMAN. I CAN DIE LISTENING TO HIM SING AND PLAY THE PIANO.

plus he was dressed in white and he was playing a WHITE grand piano okay! AHH! MY BAI MA WANG ZI! :D (sorry laogong XP)

AND JJFC WAS SCREAMING LIKE CRAZY ALL THE WAY!!! YEAHHHH!! LOVE YOU GUYS! :D

XDXit was supposed to be a shopping trip for the 5 jms, but maddie and celeste couldn't make it, and janice backed out at the last minute as she was afraid of us ahem-ing. :D
so 5 become 2. XP lonely but funnnn!
met jt at boon lay mrt :D and took the train to city hall mrt. long walk to suntec! then we went to walk walk. most of the shops were closed so we went to the arcade :D
THEY HAD THAT DRUMS THINGY! so cool can. they had some other keyboard and guitar game but we didn't play them.
and then we played some shooting thingy. eh, we're pro shooters okay! but the gun was heavy leh. :(

then went to MY playgrOund! was much smaller than expected. but still very cool okay! there were some cute random sofas. like, they know we will walk until leg pain. XD
zipai-ed at some yellow sofa. and there was some irritating person staring at us. grr

and at mini toons we saw HIGHSCHOOLMUSICAL STUFF! (c. justin, scream now XD)

walked and walked and walked and came back to my playground again. LUNCH AT OASIS CAFE! jj's been there before okay! and there were all these jj pictures. and we were screaming at them and the uncle said "jj fan eh?" XD

jt ordered "Lychee Rose Flavoured Tea". i had"Passion Fruit Flavoured Tea" and some super nice Blueberry Cheese Tart. and jt told me that jj ate it before leh!! :D
AND I SAW THOSE SUPER COOL WHITE RIPPLES SLIPPERS!
jt: imagine some people trying to do fake ripples slippers and calling them "nipples"!
then walked and walked and lost our way and found ourselves at Millenia Walk, wherever that was supposed to be.
they got cool ceilings!! :D
AND THERE WAS THIS SUPER COOL WHITE AND GOLD GRAND PIANOOOOOO!
then found our way back to suntec, walked walked walked and saw a table soccer thing in the middle of nowhere. and it's free to play leh! so we played like siao people. :D
went into the NEOPRINT SHOP!
i look really weird in all the neoprints. and the stupid machine was so fast okay. and we didn't have time to think of the poses :(

jt reached at 11. and we played runescape until lunch.
and then after lunch we played audition! one of us press the keys, the other press the space bar. XD
and ZILIAN!

and then we turned to the piano at around 1.45. and at around 2 we started feeling so sian so we sort of sat on the piano chair and "slept" all the way until 4.17 when jt's phone rang. haha.
it's possible to have a great conversation in total silence. :)
and it would have seemed like such a boring 2 hours to most people, but to us it wasn't boring at all ;D
and after that jt suggested that we actually talk, but both of us said nothing at all. and we fa dai-ed all the way until 4.35.
we arrived at OB 1 hour early, at 5.30, when the 4 of us were supposed to meet at 6.
and we thought we were the earliest but we were wrong. maddie super early can!
and she played pokemon while we waited for the class to start.
she was singing along to the tune. and we stared at her and she said "very cute what!"

OB LESSON WAS FUN! although we didn't sing or anything.
which was quite a relief actually, because i had sore throat, jt's mouth was injured (kena-ed by a crab claw o.o), maddie's braces were hurting her and janice had two ulcers. LOL!

and i practically bathed in yoko yoko. and then i washed it all off again because i knew sumay wouldn't be able to stand the smell. (SEE SUMAY I'M SUCH A FREAKING NICE FRIEND LEHHH! ;D)

mark and i reached sumay's place at about 8.30. the first thing sumay shouted when she saw us was "You see la mummy! i could actually sleep for another 20 minutes leh! >.<

spent 2 hours reading Jeffery Archer's book while sumay did her homework.

and mark wanted to create a Club Penguin account so we tried all sorts of nicknames like SpiderPig and MARKISSEXY but they were all taken O.o and sumay randomly typed Markadoodle THEN IT WAS AVAILABLE LEH! and mark started cursing like siao. XD

then we watched jj's HURRAY YI QI YAO MV (will upload link here soon!), chatted a bit with jt and played audition with her!

and mark chuenwee and longyin kept singing the Deal Or No Deal "there is nothing quite as beautiful as money" song. o.o

mark chuenwee longyin sumay and i went to GV Vivocity to watch The Game Plan.

AND I SAW DEENA JOLIN AUDREY PUITING AND ESTHER!! (hope i didn't leave anyone out o.o) and they were watching the same show in the same theater too! :D

AND THEY SHOWED JJ'S FA XIAN AI ADVERT IN THE CINEMA!!! and later jolin told me that the 5 of them started searching for me when they heard jj's voice. XD i went hyper. i really wanted to scream okay! stupid sumay asked me to "shut up lah, you wanna die ah?!"

The Game Plan was.. okayyyy lah. and i still really really wished i learnt ballet when i was younger. and piano. :( but too late to regret now anyway.

AND THEN WE KIDS ATE AT SUPERDOG! :D (and i've got a sore throat still want to eat superdog. tomorrow's vocal course die already lah!)

and i sneezed until i felt like throwing up. woohoo!

and my appeal didn't make it. ohwell, i shall make the best of my fate :) AND I REALLY HOPE I GET MR M FOR LIT!!!
